Our Aircraft

The Aircraft

Seattle Squadron is the custodial squadron of one or two airplanes at any time. Typically, one of these is a G1000-equipped Cessna 182T Nav III. Aircraft are moved around frequently due to maintenance and usage demands. Check WMIRS for the latest information, including gate access.

Using the Aircraft

Seattle Squadron will keep its aircraft in good condition at all times. Keep the interior clean and organized. Clean the exterior plastic and leading edges after flight. If you have any concerns about the condition of the aircraft, contact the Maintenance Officer.

Wash Rack

Boeing Field has a wash rack on the southwest side of the airport which we can use to wash the plane, which we do twice a year. The vehicle gate is at S 87th Place, just a little north of the Museum of Flight on East Marginal Way on the west side of the airport.  The gate has a code - talk to someone in the squadron about access.
